Our version uses the cleanest organic ingredients, stays gluten-free, and avoids corn wherever we can. The original is shown exactly as the creator posted it.

glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed organic orange juice
  • 3/4 cup organic cane sugar simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated and cooled)
  • 2 tsp organic whole milk powder
  • 2 tsp pasture-raised egg white protein powder
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract (corn-free)
  • 2 cups ice

Method

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds, until smooth and frothy.
  2. Serve right away.
  3. Add more or less simple syrup to taste.

What we changed and why

  • Many vanilla extracts use corn-based alcohol. Look for one made with cane alcohol, or use vanilla bean powder.

Items marked "check" need a quick label read: corn hides in starches, dextrose, and vinegar.
