JK PadFam
Privacy policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
JK PadFam (jkpadfam.com) is run by the Padgett family. We keep this simple: we collect as little as we can and we never sell your information.
Newsletter signups
When you join our newsletter we collect your email address, the page and form you signed up from, any campaign tags in the link you used (UTM parameters) and the time of signup. We use this to send our emails and the free resources you asked for, and to learn which pages people find helpful.
Our newsletter is sent with Beehiiv, which stores your address and email activity (such as opens and clicks) on our behalf. If our newsletter service is briefly unavailable, we hold your signup in secure storage on Cloudflare until it can be delivered to Beehiiv, then remove it from that temporary store.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time through our contact page.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is signing up. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser to do this. It does not use cookies for advertising.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
Things saved in your browser
Your meal plan, shopping list, dark mode choice and whether you have already subscribed or dismissed our signup box are saved only in your own browser (local storage). They never leave your device unless you choose to send something to us.
Ads and affiliate links
We do not show ads today. If we add ads or affiliate links later, we will update this page first, and those partners may use cookies under their own policies. See our affiliate disclosure.
Children
Our site is meant for adults planning family meals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Questions? Contact us.
