Ingredients

  • 1 ripe organic banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup organic almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup organic raisins (or organic chocolate chips)
  • Optional: flaky sea salt

Method

  1. Mix the banana, almond butter, and cinnamon. Stir in the oats and fold in the raisins.
  2. Chill for 10 minutes. Scoop onto a lined sheet, flatten a little, and bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.

What we changed and why

  • The oats below are already certified gluten-free.
  • Regular oats often pick up wheat in the field or mill. Bob's Red Mill tests its gluten-free oats.
  • Some chips use corn-derived dextrose or vanillin, so read the label.
  • Iodized table salt usually contains corn-derived dextrose. Sea salt does not.
